Jessica and Ray met for the first time in November of 2018 while attending a property investment course. Ray is creative and fun, while Jessica is task-oriented and boring. BUT… they had a common goal, that is to achieve financial independence through property investment. And so, they purchased 20 properties across Malaysia, totaling RM12 million.
In 2019, they saw the gap: the need for experienced, forward-thinking property management was obvious. Ray terminated his 12-yr hair saloon business and Jessica quit her job as Intel R&D manager. Together they founded THE ARK Home Management with one goal – to help investors maximize rental income the easy way.
Their winning strategy increases rental income by 50% and sets them apart from competitors, creating a new trend to meet the needs of the new generation in leasing and management. As a result, their company profile grew rapidly. Fastforward to today, they are managing 200 properties and with more than 600 tenants across 10 projects in Penang and KL.
